Who we are
This website is run by Nola Soul, 72 Victoria Road, Glasgow G42 7AA. We are responsible for any personal data collected through this website.

What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. We only collect personal data if you contact us:
- Emails and messages. If you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you tell us, for example about a booking or an allergy question.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it and why
We use your messages only to reply to you and help with your visit. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering customers, or taking steps you asked for, such as a booking. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Maps, fonts and other websites
- The map on our homepage is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
- Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
- Links to Instagram and Google Reviews take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies ourselves.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare: hosts this website
- Google: our email (Gmail), the map and the fonts
- Lunar Design: built and maintains this website for us
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, using safeguards approved under UK law.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and messages for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than 12 months unless they relate to an ongoing issue.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete your data
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data
- ask for your data in a portable format, where it applies
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We will reply within one month. There is no charge.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
